SocialClaw is a social media management tool that allows you to compose, schedule, and publish content to multiple social media platforms from a single interface.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use of connected social media accounts complies with each platform's terms of service
• The content you create and publish through SocialClaw

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SocialClaw to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or misleading content
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated means to abuse or overload the service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through SocialClaw. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. The SocialClaw name, logo, and branding are our property and may not be used without permission.

6. Service Availability

SocialClaw is currently in development. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failed or delayed social media posts, loss of data, or account suspension by third-party platforms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SocialClaw at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
